In the project ” Bio-economy – Green Chemistry “, German and Dutch entrepreneurs and knowledge institutions from the Ems Dollart Region are working on various projects for the development of biobased materials and the efficient use of natural residual flows from agriculture and horticulture.
Project examples
Content substances from plants (for e.g. medical applications, products from paludiculture, biobased materials (3D printing and micro-injection moulding applications), sustainable fibres, training programmes and conferences.

Innovative ideas
The project supported entrepreneurs with innovative ideas. They could apply for funding for cross-border projects that could contribute to a “greener”, more environmentally friendly economy or open up new economic areas.
Unfortunately, no funds are currently available for new projects. However, you are welcome to send us your ideas.
