The toolkit is based on strategies developed by 10 European regions as part of POWER4BIO and provides regional decision-makers with 30 downloadable documents that allow them to set up a strategy in four steps. This should then be translated into concrete value chains to transform regional raw materials into high-value applications through technologies.
POWER4BIO has been completed by 31 March 2021. The consortium included 17 organisations from 11 European countries.
