CCC NWO CarboKinetics is a research program undertaken by CCC and the Dutch Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO), directed to the improvement of health based on a better knowledge of the degradation kinetics of carbohydrates in food.
Participating parties in the consortium are the companies FrieslandCampina, AVEBE, Sensus, DSM, Agrifirm, Nutrition Science, Van Drie Group and the knowledge institutes Wageningen University, University Medical Center Groningen, Utrecht University and Maastricht University.
