Presentations during the morning session of the info day will cover the call priorities and topics, its rules and conditions, CBE JU-specific call requirements, and the submission & evaluation process. CBE JU project officers will also share tips on how to write a good proposal. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions during a dedicated Q&A session.
Networking
A large part of the info day will be dedicated to in-person meetings among registered applicants in an assigned meeting area. Participants will be able to engage with European Commission policy officers, CBE JU staff, National Contact Points and the Research Enquiry Service in the exhibition area.
CBE JU has also opened the networking platform to pitch your project idea, look for partners and offer your services, and, more importantly, get in touch with other CBE JU community members. It will remain open until the call submission deadline on 20 September 2023. As of 27 February, you will be able to book meetings with other participants on the platform, both for the 20 April event and online.
In-person or online
Participation in the CBE JU Info Day 2023 is free of charge. However, if you want to visit the event in person, registration is compulsory. Due to security requirements, only confirmed participants will be allowed to enter the Charlemagne building.
If you cannot come to Brussels, the event will be streamed online, and its recording will be available on this page afterwards. You will be able to ask questions via an online tool during the event’s Q&A session and engage with other potential applicants on the CBE JU networking platform.
