Within this exchange the benefits of improving and restructuring data and modelling frameworks related to the bioeconomy will be discussed. Participants are invited to share experiences of reporting data on biobased products (NOVA, TNO and Imperial College London), and several experts will provide insights on the role of SME’s and Industries within the bioeconomy in Europe.
The transition to a more bio-based economy needs to be monitored to evaluate its progress and impact. The BioMonitor project contributes to this process of monitoring and evaluation by re-structuring its existing data and modelling framework. The ultimate goal of the BioMonitor project is to show how the European bioeconomy affects our lives.
There is no cost to participate in this session.
